The Safety Health & Welfare at work (General Application) Regulations 2007, Chapter 4 of Part 2: Manual Handling of Loads and Chapter 2 of Part 2: User of work equipment, apply to a wide range of manual handling activities including lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling or carrying.
