Onboarding

Upload users with Excel

Add multiple users at once with our simple to use Bulk upload tool. Simply download and populate an Excel spreadsheet template and upload it into ClickHSE. In an instant all user accounts are created with an email verification sent out on your behalf. With automations setup everyone instantly receives their relevant training courses and risk assessments in a flash.


Add individual users

For occasional user additions, such as new employees joining your team, simply use the intuitive ‘add new user’ interface to create their account with an automated welcome email sent for you the moment it’s done.


Self-registration

Self-registration allows your new users to create their own account with a unique code that automatically links to your organisations ClickHSE account. It takes less than a minute and is the perfect solution for remote teams and workforces.


 
 

Reminders

Set refresher training periods

Customise your reminder periods for each course to suit your organisation and ClickHSE will email every user for you should they have not completed their assigned modules… and when a user’s refresher training becomes due, we will let them know for you as well.


Automatic reminder emails

Our robust auto-email service handles thousands of reminders each every day removing the need to clog up your own mail servers with unnecessary traffic. Our auto-mail reminders for users are prompt, secure and firewall friendly.


User specific reminders
