Overview
Pedestrian-operated pallet trucks and wider lift truck movements are a leading cause of warehouse injuries, from crush and trapping incidents through to struck-by collisions. This course covers both sides of the risk: the correct operation of pedestrian pallet trucks and how pedestrians can keep themselves safe when working near moving vehicles. It supports employer duties under PUWER 1998 and workplace transport guidance, and is suitable as standalone awareness training or as a complement to practical operator instruction.
