How do I update a users score?

 

There may be an occasion where you will have a request to update a users training score manually. To do this first you will need to login to your Administrator dashboard to access the Reporting and management tools.

Login to the Administration panel.

  1. Select User Management and then View Users from the side menu.

  2. Search and find the user you would like to update from the user list presented.

  3. Click the Training Card button next to the user, this will load the Test Results card for the user.

View the course list for this user and click Edit next to the relevant course title. You are now in the editing screen for that course.

  1. Update the status to Passed, enter the score and completion date. Once done click Update to the left of the course title.

  2. A popup will appear to confirm this action, click OK.

The users score is now updated and their certificate will automatically reflect the new data entered.
