Creating reports

ClickHSE lets you access instant reports to monitor and track all of your users training records in one place

To access reports login to Admin and go to ‘Reports’ on your side menu. You will be presented with several reports to choose from, the most powerful and frequently used is ‘Test Results’.

Test Results

The Test Results report compiles all training courses issued to all users and allows you to quickly find, filter and search results in one place.

By default the report will list every course issued to every user in A-Z order by user name. Each column in the grid is sortable by clicking on the column title making it easy to sort by name, date, course title, course status, etc.

Adjacent to each line entry in the report grid are two buttons.

  • Edit - The ‘Edit button’ allows the admin to update the users test results if required.

  • Print Certificate - If a course has a Passed status the ‘Print certificate ‘button will become active to allow the Admin to easily print or save copy certificates.

Quick-filters

The Test Results report has powerful quick filters above the grid to make data trimming and filtering simple. Simply choose one or more quick filter options and click the ‘Search’ button to apply it to to the report.

A scenario to try
